A late entry for =tvskyle's Villain Week. I find it ironic that I have tons of homework on Villain Week every year. Those darn teachers are EVIL, I tell you. xDD
Anyway, I decided to draw The Penguin from the Batman series. I guess you can say that he's a mix of my style and the one from the recent TV show. :]
Ugh, I have to say, tuxedos aren't my thing. xDD
