NEW CHARACTER AFOOT. Again, this time it's for Mr. Happy's story.
Meet Crispin Labrosse! He is the French/Italian bartender of a restaurant in Mr. Happy's town. He's known for knowing all kinds of gossip within the town as well as offering advice (but then again, isn't that what bartenders do sometimes?) to people who have hit or have almost hit rock bottom. He and Mr. Happy know each other very well since Mr. Happy does visit the bar often to seek advice from Crispin. What Mr. Happy wants advice about is secret.
He's laid-back, but to a limit that he's not too lazy to work. Having used to smoke before, he's been used to having something in his mouth, thus, he always has that toothpick in his mouth.
Like all of Mr. Happy's neighbors, Crispin here has a strange attribute to him also. Apparently he has a family curse that has been passed down for many generations: whoever smokes will have their love die a terrible death. (I don't have anything towards smokers, though! DON'T KILL ME.) After he's seen each one of his girlfriends die, he's been scared to go out on a date ever since.

Just like Dr. Siggy, Crispin has a resemblance to another TF2 character, which is the Spy in this case.
No, Crispin is not a player, actually. xDD He went out with his first girlfriend before they graduated. After her devastating death, he was able to find another about two years later. After her death, he attempted to date one more time and see if he had any luck. Of course, he didn't and she died, too. The deaths would occur about a month after they would go out with each other.
He lives three doors down from Mr. Happy's apartment.
Crispin claims that he's ok despite his girlfriends' deaths. Mr. Happy doesn't believe him.
Tilfer actually visits the bar, too. But he only orders orange soda. And since Tilfer is such an obsessed TF2 fan, he would often say, "THAT BARTENDER'S A SPAH" when he enters. Luckily for Tilfer, Crispin actually plays that game and loves playing as the Spy. So he's able to understand that reference.
