Finished this up on Monday's SURPRISE STREAM.
The story behind this is that =kayadreamer12 found out an interesting tidbit while researching some of the Japanese voice actors (or seiyuu's or whatever they're called) involved with Keroro Gunso/Sgt. Frog. Turns out the King of Red Lions from LoZ: Wind Waker shared the same voice actor as the snowy Keronian. As shown here: [link]
So of course, this had to be drawn. :3c
