Ramona Used Dark Pulse

I did this about a month ago and I never bothered to post it here! SHAME ON ME. So here's RAMONA THE HYDREIGON WHOOOO. She almost never looks this scary. Most of the time she looks like this: [link]

While Ramona’s puppets have no brains and are pretty much lifeless, she knows how to make them from cute and silly friends into brutal and rampaging minions using magic and whatnot. She likes the former option better though since she enjoys making people laugh and not cry in terror. They also make awesome oven mitts.

I thought it was interesting how Dark Pulse would cause opponents to flinch. So I had this idea that Dark Pulse would cause the victim to temporarily hallucinate and make the attacker look much scarier in their eyes for a brief moment, thus this image of Ramona came about.

FEAR HER?
