GEEZ, RORSCHACH. Just rub it in my face that I can't animate backgrounds yet. >:C
I AM FINALLY DONE WITH AP TESTING. And to celebrate, I actually did a Flash animation. WOOT, WOOT.
It's nothing much, but HEY, I'M CELEBRATING, SO IT'S SPECIAL.
If I wanted to do an animation, it had to be something worth animating. So, I chose Watchmen as a central theme. BECAUSE THIS OBSESSION WILL NOT GO AWAY. And I really wanted to animate a character with an easy design, so...who other than Walter Kovacs--I mean Rorschach? 8DDD;;;
Man, although the animation looks simple, DON'T LET IT FOOL YOU. It was really hard. xD Took me hours to do. But it was fun. Each one of Rorschach's movements was drawn frame by frame. No tweening whatsoever. The only tweening that was done was the background and his face does not change because I suck that much at animating. OH, WELL. I'm still pleased with the overall result.
OW, MY HANDS AND ARMS. The things I do out of love for you, Rorschach. >8C <33
It's supposed to loop, so if it doesn't, then please blame my n00b Flash skills. xDD

Blargh! The animation runs so nicely! (watching the sidewalk move from under him, it's like he's walking so fast! Darn him and his speedy movements!) He'd totally win at speedwalking, BK. The animation looks good, but his movements seem quite fast which makes him look a bit jerky in the movements, but watching it I can see it flow. I dunno, I think it's the age of my computer that makes things seem funny - it happens with youtube videos and stuff too.
For a first animation this is VERY VERY good and a well done walk cycle! The movement gets a very jolty once it loops but other then that it's very smooth and wonderful to watch~ You did a stellar job! YOU DON'T KNOW HOW EXCITED I WAS TO SEE THAT YOU ANIMATED SOMETHING ;; YAYYYdfksdjkg <3
I'm reading Watchmen. Well, trying to. Turns out I'm not so good at reading comics. I'm GOING to finish it, I swear!
Nifty animation though. Not that I've ever tried to animate anything, but I'm pretty sure I'm not very good at it. With my track record of not finishing the smallest, lamest of drawings, that is. So, I commend thee on this.
