Some have wondered who the number one criminal on the Planet Earth Restoration Organization's Most Wanted List looked like.
Her name is Captain Kari Butler, but everyone only knows her as Captain Empty Eyes. A ruthless and cruel pirate captain whose eyes seemed to have no pigment, she was famous for her countless crimes that included pillaging, burning down cities, and murdering innocent citizens for one thing: treasure.
Many bounty hunters have braved to seeked out this scoundrel to finally capture and bring her to justice, but none have returned alive. But despite all of those losses, one bounty hunter is determined to bring Emptyeyes into custody.
Now if only her rival would stay out of this.
STUPID DOODLE AND REVAMPED CHARACTER AGAIN. I'm sure you can tell whose story that Kari here is a part of. Do you know what I love to do with really old characters of mine? RECYCLING THEM. TRY IT. IT'S QUITE FUN GETTING TO MODIFY THEM AND MAKING FUN OF THEIR OLD DESIGNS FROM YEARS AGO.
